Exporting Mechanics Webinar Series III: USMCA

The NCBFAA Educational Institute in cooperation with the Office of Digital Initiatives at the Department of Commerce, invite you to attend a webinar on the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) that supports North American manufacturing and mutually beneficial trade. The webinar, presented by Adrienne Braumiller of Braumiller Law Group, will explain how the USMCA will create more balanced, reciprocal trade that supports high-paying jobs for Americans and grows the North American economies. This webinar is for the advanced exporter.

This presentation will cover:

•Where to find Key Information and Rules
•Certification Requirements & Filing Post Entry Claims for USMCA
•General Rules of Origin & Product Specific Rules (Tariff Shift or RVC)
•Special rules for certain sectors, auto, textiles, rubber and plastics, etc.,
•Recordkeeping and supporting documents for Claims

NCBFAA and the Office of Digital Initiatives at the Department of Commerce are working closely together to offer this webinar. It will be hosted on the GoToWebinar platform.
